
These popsicles are a fun treat for kids, full of probiotics and yummy on a hot summer day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups water kefir
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the water kefir and lemon juice together and pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze and serve.
Variation: Mash strawberries or raspberries. Mix into the water kefir and lemon juice prior to freezing.
