    Store the beef gelatin in a cool, dry place and use by date on the bag.
    HOW TO USE YOUR BEEF GELATIN POWDER
    Use to make Gelatin Desserts
  • Combine with hot water, sweetener, fruit and ice based on recipe instructions.

    Use to Add Volume
  • Add slowly to jams, jellies, marshmallows and other foods until they reach the desired volume.

  • Use to Thicken Homemade Yogurt
  • For every 3-4 cups milk, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin into 1 cup of milk.
  • Gelatin must be heated to at least 95 degrees F to activate.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • For mesophilic yogurts, cool to culturing temperature before adding starter culture.

      Good stuff!!

      I actually purchased this elsewhere, but this gelatin works great for thickening yogurt if you don't want to strain it. It has no discernible taste and dissolves well in warm liquid, you just need to stir/whisk thoroughly. 1 Tbsp per quart of yogurt seems to work well for me.
