Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Most orders will be processed in 48 hours. Orders are shipped from Ohio. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase.

Your shipping time will vary based on your selected carrier. Once you add your address details in the checkout, an estimated shipping time will be calculated based on your location.

Responsibility for Product Shipment

Please enter your shipping information carefully. Packages that must be reshipped due to faulty addresses will be assessed a second delivery charge.Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Cultures for Health is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly.  

Lost in Transit Policy

If your product is lost we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you. A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 30 days of shipment and does not have a confirmed delivery by the courier.

Delivered but not Received

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it,we allow 10 days from the marked ‘’delivered’’ date for the package to arrive due to the surge in shipping volumes and possible tracking irregularities. If your package has still not arrived within 10 days of being marked as delivered, please contact us at for further assistance.

 Please note - for packages marked as delivered, only replacements will be offered, no refunds.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the condition it arrived in within 10 days of receiving it for a replacement to be arranged.

Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for free shipping or flat rate shipping.

Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping varies based on product/weight of order and destination which will be calculated at checkout.

For our Endless products, it is recommended that the shipping option be USPS to ensure a timely arrival to you, but it is not required to choose at checkout.
