Our mission is to set you up for success in DIY cultured foods. If you’ve followed the instructions we’ve provided and find that your culture isn't working properly within 60 days of purchasing, please contact our customer support department. We’re here to help you troubleshoot because that's part of the learning process! Culturing takes practice, just like anything else. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Original shipping paid are non-refundable.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 60 days of purchase.Contact us to request a return shipping address. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will refund the cost of your purchase back to the original payment method.
Return to sender packages:
We will attempt to ship your package 2 times. If an address update is required, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Any shipments returned to sender again will be refunded, less the original shipping costs
Gift Cards are non-refundable. Any purchases made with a gift card, the amount will be refunded back to the Gift card
Late or missing refunds:
