    Our 60 Day Guarantee

    Our mission is to set you up for success in DIY cultured foods. If you’ve followed the instructions we’ve provided and find that your culture isn't working properly within 60 days of purchasing, please contact our customer support department at info@culturesforhealth.com. We’re here to help you troubleshoot because that's part of the learning process! Culturing takes practice, just like anything else.

    If there’s a problem with the product, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

    Return Policy (30 Days)

    If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Original shipping paid are non-refundable.

    We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.Contact us to request a return shipping address. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will refund the cost of your purchase back to the original payment method.

     

    Return to sender packages:

    We will attempt to ship your package 2 times. If an address update is required, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Any shipments returned to sender again will be refunded, less the original shipping costs

     

    Gift cards

    Gift Cards are non-refundable. Any purchases made with a gift card, the amount will be refunded back to the Gift card

     

    Late or missing refunds:

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted, typically 3-5 business days. If you’ve taken these steps, please contact us atinfo@culturesforhealth.com

     

    Discount/Promo Codes

    Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a discount to an already-placed order

     

    Cancel/Modify Order Policy

    Contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the progress of your order, a cancellation may or may not be possible. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    Help! My culture isn’t working.

    The most common thing preventing your culture from working properly is the temperature. Here are some ideas on how to keep your culture nice and warm.

    Contact us within 60 days of purchase and include a description of the problems you’re experiencing. If possible, send us a photo of your culture. We may ask you some general questions about how you’vebeen caring for it. This will help us determine what may be preventing your culture from living its best life.

    If there’s a problem with our product, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

     

    My product is expired / damaged

    If you received an expired product or it was damaged during shipping, reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

     

    I ordered the wrong item

    Contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, if your order hasn’t shipped yet we are able to cancel it and refund the cost of your purchase back to the original payment method.

     

    I changed my mind

    We recommend not taking breaks during activation, but yes, you can take a vacation!
