Subscription Program Overview
Cultures For Health offers a subscription service that allows you to automatically receive your favorite products at regular intervals while saving 15% on each order. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Service Terms in addition to our main Terms of Use.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Cultures For Health to automatically charge your selected payment method and ship your order according to your chosen delivery frequency. Available delivery intervals are:
Subscription Pricing and Billing
Subscription orders receive an automatic 15% discount off the regular retail price. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in our subscription service, you provide ongoing authorization for Cultures For Health to charge your designated payment method for each recurring order. If your primary payment method fails, we may attempt to charge any other payment methods on file.
Managing Your Subscription

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting customer service at info@CulturesForHealth.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Product Availability
If a subscribed product becomes permanently unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to suggest alternatives. If no suitable substitute is available, your subscription for that product will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
UNITED STATES
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping varies based on product/weight of order and destination which will be calculated at checkout.
For our Endless products, it is recommended that the shipping option be USPS to ensure a timely arrival to you, but it is not required to choose at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns & Replacements Policy. Returns or refunds do not automatically cancel future subscription shipments unless specifically requested.
Discount Code Restrictions
Subscription orders already receive the 15% subscription discount and cannot be combined with additional discount codes or promotional offers.
Data and Privacy
Your subscription information is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use your subscription data to improve our services and send you relevant communications about your subscriptions.
