The bread proofer works great!
My wife has used this since the day I gave it to her. The only complaint is the lid should be pressure fitted so the back (hinged) area stays connected to the box. Otherwise, it works great and she makes awesome breads with the starter.
This product is amazing!! Complete game changer for me. My kitchen is chilly, all the time! And proofing was an issue before, as were my lack of patience. Now, with this proofer, Im right on target. My dough rises beautifully and has loads of flavors. I love leaving the sweet doughs in overnight, instead of in the fridge bc it eliminates the need for a long second rise. I can do anquick one once my dough is shaped. Its amazing and I highly HIGHLY suggest if ur into bread, get this!!! Its worth every cent!
I find this very useful & so appreciate the low storage profile/footprint.
