The starter is activated and seems to be thriving. I've made one loaf of bread so far. The bread is moist and very tasty with a little tang. Probably needs to ferment longer and rise a little more. Back to the drawing board, eh?

Followed the directions and mine is growing, bubbly and happy! After 2 weeks we made our first loaf of bread, pancakes, crust on a skillet meal and so much more!
