Quick Look:
Ingredients:
- 1 part kombucha tea (you can use a flavored kombucha or plain works just fine!)
- 1 part pineapple juice (freshly pressed or store bought)
- 1 part coconut water
- Gin, vodka, or liqueur (optional)
- Mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Measure out ingredients one at a time and add to a glass.
- Stir or shake everything together.
- Pour and serve over ice.
- You can place mint on top for garnish or add in some chopped mint when you're mixing your ingredients.
- If a true cocktail is desired, add gin, vodka, or liqueur prior to serving.
Tips:
- We like our mocktails without the extra sugar, but feel free to use your favorite sweetener if that's your style! Any simple syrup will work great! Or you have experiment with honey or agave for a twist on flavors.
- You can garnish with any fruit or herbs to add some pizazz to these delicious summer drinks!
- For best results, make sure all the liquids (pineapple juice, coconut water and kombucha) have been chilled.
- Not a fan of gin or vodka? Any fruity liqueur pairs perfectly with this recipe. You could even try orange liqueur like Triple Sec for some added topical goodness!
