Yield: 1 cup of dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. warm honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh herbs of your choice (dill works perfectly)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
- Shake together the yogurt, honey, herbs, and vinegar in a pint jar.
- Add the lemon juice and shake vigorously.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill 1-2 hours before serving. Shake well before use.
Tips:
- Like a little more tang in your dressing? Add more vinegar or lemon juice to thin it out and give it a punch!
- We recommend freshly squeezed lemon juice, as bottled kind can be too bitter. If you need to use bottled, you can use additional honey or use less juice and more yogurt to even everything out.
- This versatile yogurt can be used on a traditional salad, sandwiches and wraps, or pasta salad!
