I purchased to of these. The bottle openings are small on some of my bottles so I trimmed the end of the brush so it would fit. Works for me!
It's bigger than I thought it would be. And sturdier. And stronger. And easier to clean. I use 1L and 500mL glass milk bottles for my kefir ... and these bottle brushes are the perfect size for cleaning them. The metal handle is long and just flexible enough so that you can angle the brush, press the bristles into sides and really scrub when you need to. Definitely the best bottle scrub brush that I've been able to find. Making kefir is an even more fun experience because these brushes make the cleanup so much easier. Heartily recommended. Likely to last a long time.
I've been using this set of one-liter kombucha bottles for the better part of a decade, but they've always been difficult to clean. The company that sold me the bottles had bottle brushes, but not designed for the liter bottles. It's not difficult at all to push the brush into the bottle and it cleans effectively.
Even though it is somewhat difficult to get in and out of the bottle, it does a great job cleaning it!
