
If you love garlic, this creamy, flavorful dressing is for you. The strong flavor pairs well with a plain bowl of mild salad green.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups lacto-fermented mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil or grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup water or milk
- 2 Tbsp. sour kombucha
- 1-1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp. raw honey
- 3/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Whisk together mayonnaise and yogurt.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Let rest covered in the refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to serving, to allow the flavors to meld properly.
