
It is often hard to find a salad dressing to accompany an Asian-inspired meal, as the usual American dressings just don’t seem to fit. Try this sweet-spicy dressing heavily dosed with healthful ginger and garlic. It also uses kombucha vinegar for an added probiotic bonus!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup kombucha vinegar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar, place the lid on tightly, and shake well to combine. It may need to be shaken again just before being poured over the salad or vegetables.
- Serve over a salad to go along with an Asian-themed meal of stir-fry, eggrolls, or fried rice.
