INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup coconut milk kefir
  • 1½ cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Honey to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour coconut milk kefir into a blender, followed by the fruit.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding additional liquid if needed.
  3. Add honey to taste and blend once more.
