
Mango and banana and cultured dairy base...what more could anyone ask for? No dairy in your diet? This smoothie tastes incredible when made with coconut milk kefir or coconut milk yogurt.
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup banana
- ¼ cup mango
- ½ cup yogurt, milk kefir, or buttermilk, or a combination
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
