This smoothie tastes truly tropical when made with coconut milk kefir or coconut milk yogurt.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk (optional)
- ¾ cup yogurt, kefir, or buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey, maple syrup, or a small amount of stevia
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
