RECIPE: KOMBUCHA PICKLED BEET SALAD

Recipe: Kombucha Pickled Beet Salad



The beets and kombucha in this recipe combine for a lovely flavor. If you prefer a little less zing in your salad, use milder kombucha.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch beets, boiled then peeled
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • bay leaf
  • 8 peppercorns
  • 1 cup of tart kombucha

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice the beets.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and let sit overnight.
  4. Remove bay leaf before serving.
