INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups milk kefir, strained for 30 minutes
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
- 1-2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Let sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve drizzled over a fresh green salad or as a dip for cut vegetables.
