
This creamy dip calls for lots of fresh dill, for a wonderful summery flavor, making a delightful dip for vegetables fresh from the garden.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cultured dairy (use one or more): sour cream, yogurt, milk kefir, yogurt cheese, kefir cheese
- 3 Tbsp. minced dill
- 1 garlic clove, minced finely
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Sea salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place in refrigerator and set for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with sourdough crackers, sourdough bread, or veggie sticks.
