Recipe: Orange Smoothie

Enjoy that familiar creamy orange flavor in a cultured smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

2 to 3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup y ogurt, b uttermilk, or kefir
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
