DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cultured sour cream, yogurt, or milk kefir
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sprouted bean salad sprouts
- 1 cup salad sprouts
- 2 cups baby greens, roughly chopped
- 3 scallions, minced
- ½ cup sunflower sprouts, sprouted just until the tail begins to showv
- ½ cup chopped apple
- ¼ cup sharp, raw cheese such as feta or cheddar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- In a pint jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Seal tightly with a lid and shake well to combine.
