
Spicy, creamy, chock full of probiotics. Need we say more?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup strained dairy kefir
- 8 ounces cream chese, kefir cream cheese, or labneh, softened
- 3 Tbsp. salsa (non-chunky variety)
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix together the strained kefir and cream cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours prior to serving to allow the flavors to meld.
